A Florida fire battalion chief was arrested after allegedly attacking a teenager before stealing his cell phone at a traffic light. Jon Miller, 53, is accused of getting out of his car and opening the door of a silver Mercedes, and then grabbing the driver’s hand before arguing with him and another teen in Sarasota County on Dec. 30, according to NBC2.

The teen driver recorded Miller on his cell phone, which shows him reaching into the car and arguing with the two teens before snatching the phone and running off. The teens eventually tracked down the phone at Miller’s home, where he approached the teens with a gun, the station reported.
